Joe Lieberman Resumes Attack On Obama - Courant

Lieberman_mccain Sen. Joseph Lieberman, the Senate Democratic caucus member who serves as a foreign-policy surrogate for Republican John McCain, delivered another blistering critique of Democrat Barack Obama today on Fox & Friends.

Lieberman says Obama has flip-flopped on his position about withdrawing troops and is being guided by presidential politics, not the situation on the ground.

"It's just not what we want in a president," Lieberman said. "He's going to Iraq, but he's already decided his position. He's not going to listen to Petraeus. He's not going to listen to our troops. He's not going to listen to his own eyes with what he sees there. I think that's not the kind of leadership we need in the Oval Office."
